RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All carpets are sold as is. We offer exchanges and refunds within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. Please send an email to email@example.com for return instructions. The carpets must be returned in the condition they were received, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
No Refund, Neither Exchange for custom carpets or products rendered defective.**
All return fees are non-refundable.
Your return may take up to 30 days, depending on the postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect and process the exchanges or refunds within 48 hours.
